Be transported to the neighborhood bistros of Paris with Guillaume Brahimi's modern French menu. Catch up with friends amongst the warmth of the Riverwalk terrace over an indulgent twice baked Cheese Soufflé, Guillaume's classically famous creamy Paris Mash or even a vanilla bean Crème Brûlée.

French food from the heart

Chef Guillaume provides diners with more than just traditional French classics, but dishes that hold a personal meaning to him. Diners are invited to experience the emotional connection Guillaume has with food through Bistro Guillaume's signature dishes.

Not only can guests select from a daily 'plat du jour', the menu also features French bistro classics such as duck confit, expertly prepared simple steak dishes such as steak frites with béarnaise sauce, and a range of main course size salads. Some of the menu highlights include half roasted chicken with Paris mash, French onion soup and profiteroles with vanilla bean ice cream and Valrhona chocolate sauce.

Chef Guillaume Brahimi

One of Australia's most acclaimed chefs, French-born Guillaume Brahimi realised his passion for cooking at an early age. As a young man, he trained at three-star Michelin restaurants La Tour D'argent and Jamin under Joel Robuchon in Paris, before moving to Sydney in the late 1990s to open a flagship restaurant at the Sydney Opera House.

As Guillaume Brahimi puts it:

"Bistro Guillaume is just the sort of place where I would like to eat on a regular basis. It's the perfect place for a simple meal or a more elaborate celebration. From noon until late, you can pop in on your own to have a satisfying salad or come late at night for a bowl of French onion soup. I want guests to feel relaxed and welcome and know that they have plenty of options to choose from."
